Quality Policy
The company Aceitunas Zambudio, S.L. was established in 1999. We are a young and dynamic company that emerged as a continuation of a project begun by our founder, Mr. Francisco Zambudio Franco, over 35 years ago in humble facilities where the first native products from our rich Andalusian fields and lands were produced. Over the years and with the experience we have gained, we have taken up the mantle and leadership of our founder without abandoning our traditional character, and we will continue to develop a project to offer on your table every day products of extraordinary quality and a distinctive flavor suited to the most demanding palates.
The Management of ACEITUNAS ZAMBUDIO S.L. is aware that achieving quality in the company’s management is a primary objective and a personal commitment; therefore, it assumes responsibility for implementing and maintaining the highest level of quality in its products and services within the framework of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard, with the following scope:
“PACKAGING, MANUFACTURE, PROCESSING, SALE AND MARKETING OF OLIVES AND PICKLES”
To achieve this broad goal, the Management of this company establishes the following points as fundamental in its Quality Policy:
- Optimization of communication with our customers to better identify their needs and meet them, including, in this case, society at large.
- Strict compliance with deadlines committed to customers.
- Compliance with all legal, regulatory, or customer-committed requirements and with its surrounding environment.
- Continuous improvement of the quality management system through the collection and analysis of data to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimization of all our resources.
- This policy provides a reference framework for establishing quality objectives, along with their associated targets for achievement.
- Detection of deviations in the activities carried out by the company with the aim of progressively eliminating errors to continuously improve processes.
- Development of internal policies to properly incentivize staff, committing to the implementation and improvement of the Management System.
- Promote the internal training of our personnel.
The daily operation of the organization, together with compliance with these objectives, as well as any others set in the future, will determine the company’s ability to meet the requirement of continuous improvement inherent in any Quality Management System, and this will be reflected in the management objectives that the company’s Management permanently establishes to implement and make this improvement effective.
