OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:
The project aims to increase the company’s production capacity by implementing a new olive stuffing line with anchovy, in order to offer its customers higher-quality products and faster service in response to market demand.
With the incorporation of this new olive stuffing line, ZAMBUDIO hopes to increase production and have the technical capacity to supply new markets both domestically and internationally.
AID PROGRAM: SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR PRODUCTIVE AND TECHNOLOGICAL INVESTMENTS FOR CORPORATE SMEs
Aceitunas y Encurtidos Zambudio, S.L. has been awarded a grant to increase its production capacity, specifically for the installation of a new anchovy-stuffed olive line, with the aim of offering its customers higher-quality products and faster service in line with market demand.
With the addition of this new olive-stuffing line, ZAMBUDIO expects to increase production and gain the technical capacity to supply new markets, both domestic and international.
This investment will provide the company with a competitive advantage, since, in addition to increasing production capacity, it will reduce service times and improve the quality of anchovy-stuffed olives; consequently, it will offer its main current and potential customers a high-quality product with reduced service times both nationally and internationally.
This investment project amounts to €154,000, and a grant of €50,000 has been awarded, of which €30,000 comes from ERDF funds and the remaining €20,000 from the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia.
This project falls within the INFO aid line of AID PROGRAM: SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR PRODUCTIVE AND TECHNOLOGICAL INVESTMENTS FOR SMES WITH CORPORATE STRUCTURE, subsidized by INFO, and co-financed at 60 % by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
