Return policy
The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly laid down in consumer law, namely:
1.The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
2.The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
3.Supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
4.The supply of goods which, after delivery and by virtue of their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other items.
5.Perishable goods, such as food or beverages, in good condition cannot be returned. An exception would be products in poor condition, such as a perishable food item, as they would not be suitable for consumption.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that the user used for the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received—that is, in perfect condition—and, of course, must not be damaged, dented, or show any clear signs of use that would prevent it from being resold. To ship it, it must be packed in packaging that protects it during transit.
Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days.
You may do so by phone or by email (both mentioned above). To do this, you must follow these steps:

Your identification details, full name, and address.
Order number
Description of the product purchased
Explanation of the reasons for the return
Date of the communication
From the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to return the purchased item to Aceitunas Zambudio in perfect condition, together with a copy of the purchase invoice. Once the product has been received or the consumer has provided valid proof of return, Aceitunas Zambudio will, without undue delay, refund the amounts paid by the consumer for the purchase of said item using the same method of payment.
