Job Description:

We are looking to add an Accounting Administrator to our Accounting & Finance department. The selected candidate will perform tasks related to accounting management, purchase recording, and invoicing, contributing to the company’s proper financial control.

Main responsibilities

  • Recording and monitoring day-to-day accounting transactions.

  • Managing and recording purchases.

  • Issuing and monitoring invoicing for clients and suppliers.

  • Performing bank reconciliations and supporting month-end close tasks.

  • Filing and document control for the accounting function.

Qualifications

  • Administration and Finance (Higher Technician) or Business Administration and Management (ADE).

Requirements for this position:

  • Degree/Training in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in the agri-food or industrial sector.

  • Solid knowledge of general accounting and administrative management.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Working hours: 07:00–15:00.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in food, packaging, or distribution companies.

  • Knowledge of taxation and electronic invoicing management.
