Whole Cuquillo

Cuquillo olives belong to a group of black olives,but rather has a color purple. It is a small olivecompared to other varieties, but their flavor is intense and excellent.
Cuquillo olives are grown in the mountains of Moratalla, in the Sierra de Murcia.
