Son nom vient du ressemblance avec la forme d&#8217;une pomme. C&#8217;est la variet\u00e9 la plus abondante et avec la plus grande projection internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est produite surtout \u00e0 Sevilla, Badajoz et Huelva, et elle se pr\u00e9pare &#8220;au Seville style&#8221;, par fermentation en saumure.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aceitunaszambudio.com\/fr\/product\/gordal-con-hueso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gordal<\/a><\/strong>. Elle est connue comme &#8220;la belle d&#8217;Espagne&#8221;, en raison de son grande taille, forme ovo\u00efde et abondance de la pulpe.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est produite \u00e0 C\u00f3rdoba, M\u00e1laga, Sevilla et Granada, et elabor\u00e9e &#8220;au style californien&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aceitunaszambudio.com\/fr\/product\/aceitunas-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arbequina<\/a><\/strong>. Le nom viens d&#8217;une ville \u00e0 Lleida nomm\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arbeca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&#8217;Arbeca<\/a>. Elle est characteris\u00e9e par son petit fruit et par une huile de grande qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aceitunaszambudio.com\/fr\/product\/partida-malaguena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alore\u00f1a ou malague\u00f1a<\/a><\/strong>. Originaire de M\u00e1laga, elle est une des variet\u00e9s plus particuli\u00e8res et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es.
