The olive is the determined fruit of the olive tree and is caught in the collection campaign during the months of September-October, mostly varieties, even leaving some that is collected in winter months.
The olive is caught at its point of ripeness and maturation optimal to subject it to different and appropriate elaborations that will lead to a product ready for consumption and good conservation.
Our production is focused on two lines of work, one more artisan, applied to a fresh product, without mechanisms that alter it and available in a wide range of plastic / PET formats, and another line focused on a more mechanized packaging system that allows us obtain more long-lived products and available in pasteurized glass and tinplate format.
